Fundamental Rights

Fundamental Rights are guaranteed under Part III (Articles 12–35) of the Constitution. They are six in number: Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, Right to Freedom of Religion, Cultural & Educational Rights, and Right to Constitutional Remedies. Article 32 (Right to Constitutional Remedies) is called the 'heart and soul' of the Constitution by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
